Manual flash procedure for all operating systems: Download the 3453C_v2.3.33.zip file to a temporary location on your hard disk drive. Extract the .zip file to an empty directory on your hard drive. Follow the instructions in the firmware.txt file. 3453C_v2.3.33.zip (173 KB 05-18-11)

NOTE for Windows XP and Server 2003 users: If you do not use V.92 functionality with the USRobotics Internet Call Notification application, you may use the operating system's built-in driver.

Installation for 32 and 64 bit Win 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2011, Server 2012, Server 2012 R2, Server 2016, and Server 2019 The modem will install using the default driver provided by Windows.

Installation file version 6.01.00.5 - Windows Vista 32 bit and 64 bit NOTE: The modem will initially install using the default driver provided by Windows Vista. Our enhanced driver is available by following the instructions below:

1. Download the file to a temporary location on your computer's hard disk drive.
2. Double-click the file and follow the USRobotics Modem Installation Wizard to update modem driver.
