Installation for 32 and 64 bit Win 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Server 2008, Server 2011, Server 2012, Server 2012 R2, Server 2016, Server 2019 The modem will install using the default driver provided by Windows.

Windows Vista, 32 bit and 64 bit Drivers NOTE: The modem will initially install using the default driver provided by Windows Vista. Our enhanced driver is available by following the instructions below:

1. Download the file to a temporary location on your computer's hard disk drive.
2. Double-click the file and follow the USRobotics Modem Installation Wizard to update modem driver.

NOTE: USRobotics Internet Call Notification, Modem on Hold, and BVRP PhoneTools are not supported on a 64-bit operating system.

1. Download the 563002.zip file to a temporary location on your computer's hard disk drive.
2. To be recognized by Windows, the content of this file must be extracted onto a floppy disk or a folder with an utility like winzip.
3. When prompted by Windows, direct the installation to the temporary location in order to complete the installation.
